• Tracked UK delivery: most orders arrive within approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Duties & taxes: where applicable, we prioritise duties-paid (DDP) delivery routes for UK orders so customers do not face surprise import charges.
• Processing: dispatch timing can vary slightly during launch periods, new drops, or public holidays.
• Tracking: you will receive tracking information once your order has been processed for shipment.
