Returns & Refunds

We want every AeroWalnut piece to feel right in your setup. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

• Items must be unused, in as-new condition, and returned with original packaging.
• To start a return, email aerowalnut@mail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a verified manufacturing fault, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, or refund.

1-Year walnut workmanship cover

Eligible solid walnut items are covered for 1 year against cracking or warping caused by verified material or workmanship defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, extreme humidity, impact, or normal natural grain variation.

UK returns address

Returns are handled at our UK returns location: Huboo Technologies Ltd, 4 Vertex Park, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7LB, UK.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
